In regards to the working group members listed in the disclaimer section of the RFI, will respondents be notified if any of the entities listed decide to issue a solicitation or award a contract for as it pertains to this RFI? Or is it solely the responsibility of the submitter to monitor each working group members solicitations for any potential solicitations or awards?

Posting of solicitations or awards will follow the requirements set forth in FAR Part 5. The Office of Space Commerce also occasionally announces solicitations and awards on their website.

Is OSC aware of or intend to use the SDA marketplace for commercial data ‘buys’ in the future?

At this time, OSC is not planning to use the SDA Marketplace. The purpose of the RFI is to support OSC requirements for commercial data to support the Open Architecture Data Repository (OADR); and to obtain data for research and development.
