Building 4802 Repair Ramp Explanation of What Happened

Code F working theory:

Pipe failed under north side ramp at hangar 4802 Water began to saturate surrounding subgrade searching for relief point Due to pressure drop, fire pumps kicked in increasing flow Path of least resistance was to joint at hangar door/ramp Additional paths to 8” slab, asphalt under storage sheds, and east edge of ramp Several 16” slabs uplifted and cracked Large quantity of soil material washed up at various relief points at least 15-20 cu.yd.
