Definitions:
· Objectives: Defined strategies and/or activities to attain identified goals that are specific, measurable, and have defined completion date.
· Information Access Category: There are 4 categories: 1) Information Retrieval, 2) Skills Development, 3) Resource Development and Dissemination, and 4) Equipment Acquisition. See Section C of Statement of Work
· Indicators: A specific, observable, and measurable marker of accomplishments/progress.
· Data Collection Methods: The tools used to gather and measure program objectives and activities. Examples of quantitative data collection tools may include: training pretes and posttests, training satisfaction surveys, tracking usage of new tool, observation, and measuring change in the number of hits to a web site after a promotional activity.
