About this file

This document is a guidance attachment for the National Groundwater Monitoring Network (NGWMN) Proposal Checklist that must accompany submitted grant applications. The checklist should be completed by the Principal Investigator listed in the Proposal Information Summary and included as section 'I' of the Proposal PDF.

The checklist uses light gray boxes to designate mandatory items requiring responses of either 'Y' (yes) or 'NA' (not applicable). The checklist is organized into two main columns: an "Overall proposal" column identifying items that must be completed for all proposals, and separate "objectives" columns indicating which items require completion for each specific objective included in the proposal. Applicants must ensure all light gray box items are marked appropriately before submission.
