About this file
This document contains a template for reporting on activities and accomplishments funded by two federal grant programs. The template collects cumulative data on the number of communities assisted, dollars spent on administration, preparedness, suppression and support, equipment, and training through the grant period. It also tracks the number of community wildfire protection plans, risk assessments, and prevention/education programs completed along with associated dollars and communities reached. Hazardous fuels reduction projects, acres treated by prescribed fire or mechanically both directly and indirectly leveraged by grant funds are reported. The number of applications received and awarded under the grant programs are included along with total requested and awarded dollars. The relevant federal grant programs are the State & Private Forestry Cooperative Fire Assistance and Hazardous Fuel Reduction Program managed by the USDA Forest Service.
