About this file
This document is an Express NDAA Certification form from the U.S. Department of State related to the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2019. The form requires vendors/merchants to provide representations regarding their use of covered telecommunications equipment and services, in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26.
The certification requires merchants to disclose whether they will provide or currently use covered telecommunications equipment or services in their government contract performance. Merchants must conduct a reasonable inquiry and indicate their status by checking the appropriate boxes on the form. The document instructs merchants to read the full provisions at Acquisition.gov, complete the representation, and return the form to their Contract Specialist, with the representation being made by a person authorized to bind the merchant.
