About this file

This is a Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required for contractors to access technical data or computer software with restricted government rights for the C-5 Hump Panel Kits opportunity (FA8525-25-Q-0001).

The agreement outlines strict requirements for handling restricted technical data, including: use only for government purposes and not commercial purposes, implementation of security measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure, mandatory flow-down of NDA requirements to subcontractors and suppliers, destruction of all data within 30 days after contract completion or award to another party, and indemnification of the government against unauthorized use.
