Economic + Urban Design RFP | Additional FAQ’s 7 August 2015
15. Should we use the stated durations per task to represent a final schedule for this project?
o The stated durations are estimates only; if your team thinks another duration would be appropriate, please propose it as part of your submission.
16. What is the difference between EC meetings and EC staff meetings?
o EC meetings will be held with our executive-level committee members. EC staff meetings will be held with our staff-level support team.
17. How many stakeholders will the team interview, and how will the stakeholders be identified?
o NCPC, GSA, NPS and DDOT will work with the selected consultant team to identify key stakeholders. As interviews are planned, it may be more efficient to meet with stakeholders in groups. We anticipate approximately 6 - 9 meetings for Tasks 3 and 4, though this is subject to change based on further discussions with the selected consultant team.
