About this file

This is a Virtual Industry Day announcement for a federal contracting opportunity hosted by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). The event is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST and will provide industry participants with an overview of an upcoming requirement to support the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA). The Government will present general information about required services, followed by a feedback session allowing industry to provide input on the anticipated procurement on a time-limited basis.

The work will be performed primarily at NETSAFA International Training Center (NITC) buildings located at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida and Naval Air Station Whiting Field, Milton, Florida, with potential temporary assignments at various CONUS and OCONUS locations. The procurement is anticipated to be solicited on an unrestricted, full and open competitive basis and will result in a cost-plus fixed fee task order awarded through an eligible Seaport NxG MAC holder. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) detailing the types of tasks required under the task order is attached to the announcement. The specific acquisition strategy has not been finalized at the time of this announcement.

The work to be performed under this effort is anticipated to primarily occur at NETSAFA International Training Center (NITC) buildings located on NAS Pensacola and NAS Whiting Field, FL. The contractor may temporarily be required to perform these services in various locations both CONUS and OCONUS. The two hour event will include presenting general overview of the required services by the Government. It will follow with any feedback industry would like to provide on a time limited basis.
