Description: The Naval Supply Systems Command NAVSUP, Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk FLCN, Pentagon Directorate is hosting a brief Virtual Industry Day on Thursday, 06 August 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST to explore innovative approaches the external community can offer and gain feedback from industry on an upcoming requirement in support of The Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA). NETSAFA has international training sites located at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida and Naval Air station Whiting Field, Milton, Florida. The work to be performed under this effort is anticipated to primarily occur at NETSAFA International Training Center (NITC) buildings located on NAS Pensacola and NAS Whiting Field, FL. The contractor may temporarily be required to perform these services in various locations both CONUS and OCONUS. The two hour event will include presenting general overview of the required services by the Government. It will follow with any feedback industry would like to provide on a time limited basis. It is intended this procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted, full and open competitive basis resulting in a cost-plus fixed fee task order via eligible Seaport NxG MAC holder in accordance with FAR Part 16.5.
The specific acquisition strategy has not been finalized at this time. Please see the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) which details the types of tasks that the contractor will be required to perform under this task order.
Current TO: The current requirement is being satisfied by Technical Systems Integration, Inc. (TSI) under Seaport NxG task order N0018924F3006.
Period of Performance: The task order will have a 12-month base period of performance followed by two consecutive 12-month option periods, and one 6-month option period pursuant to FAR 52.217-8.
It is anticipated that the Request for Quotes will be issued on or around the September 2026 timeframe, although that is subject to change and most likely will. Interested vendors are strongly encouraged to monitor SAM.GOV frequently for posted solicitation.
The Navy requires interested sources capable of providing educational and training services, engineering and technical services, logistics, administration, management assistance, and consulting and facilitation services.

Responses are not to exceed three (3) typewritten pages single spaced with a minimum 12-font size. The cover page does not count towards the page limit.
c: Any eventual solicitation will include language requiring documentation demonstrating the interested party’s accounting system was reviewed and deemed adequate by DCAA in order to manage cost-type contracts that will permit timely development of all necessary cost data in the form required by a cost-type contract.
