A. Changes:
1. Section B is deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment A.
2. Section C is deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment B.
3. 1994 Asbestos Report is incorporated for reference as Attachment C.
B. Clarifications:
Q-1. Please confirm for the new string type pin setters will not be required to adjust the location of the pin setters and that we will receive a waiver for the 36” clearance requirement for electrical panels.
A-1. Not confirmed, contractor shall not assume a waiver will be received for the 36” clearance requirement for electrical panels at this time
Q-2. Is the contract only to provide gravel for the exterior patio space not entire lot?
A-2. Exterior patio space only.
Q-3. Please confirm the required minimum clearance behind the pin setters.

Q-4. The Project Goals state that the existing sawtooth ceiling above the lanes is to be replaced. Please confirm that this ceiling is to be replaced with a flat tile ceiling or clarify the required ceiling type and system.
A-4. Acoustic drop-down ceiling. The ceiling is lower in that area and it may restrict the Neoverse system visibility. The ceiling can be moved up to match that entire area ceiling.
Q-5. The Project Goals specify a new “motif” for the ceiling above the bowling seating area. Please confirm the required ceiling type, such as acoustic tile, specialty ceiling system, decorative elements, and provide any applicable design criteria or examples.
A-5. Acoustic drop-down ceiling. Area above the seating is acoustic tile.
Q-6. Please confirm the quantity of shoe storage, number of pairs/lockers or linear feet, that the new check-in desk is required to accommodate.
A-6. We would like to store 50-60 pairs of shoes. The check-in desk could have shoe storage under as well creating more shoe space.

Q-8. Please confirm whether the Quality Control Manager, Superintendent, and Site Safety
& Health Officer (SSHO) may be the same individual, provided they meet all contract qualification requirements.
A-8. No, the QCM must be separate, SSHO and Super may be the dual hatted.
Q-9. The proposed conceptual design for exterior painting does not appear to comply with the base design guide. Please confirm how the contractor is to proceed and whether the design guide or the conceptual design takes precedence.
A-9. We can follow the base design guide and create exterior signs with colors so that it’s a sign and not part of the building.
