About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation NAFUA1-26-Q-0015, issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) NAF Contracting Office on September 21, 2026, with an effective date of September 21, 2026. The amendment announces an optional site visit scheduled for October 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT at Defense Depot Richmond, Building 32, 6090 Strathmore Road, Richmond, VA 23237. Attendance at the site visit is non-mandatory, and failure to attend will not disqualify offerors from quote evaluation or award consideration. The Period of Performance for the underlying contract is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031.

Offerors planning to attend the site visit must pre-register by October 8, 2026, no later than 4:00 PM EDT by emailing the Contracting Officer, Elizabeth Kostos Sheffield (Elizabeth.Sheffield@DLA.mil), with required information including company name, attendee full legal names, email addresses, and phone numbers. All attendees must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification (REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or DoD Common Access Card) and are advised to arrive 20–30 minutes early for gate check-in and security screening. Verbal statements made during the site visit do not modify solicitation terms; questions must be submitted formally in writing. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the proposal closing date through one of three methods: signing and returning a completed copy, acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer submitted, or submitting separate written communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure to acknowledge receipt may result in rejection of the quotation or offer.
