114,530 total hours each contract year
Answer 9:
There are two Rover posts 365 days and the 3rd Rover would cover day shifts for holiday and weekends.
The resulting hours of Rover coverage will be as follows:
1. 1800 - 0600 365 days to include holidays
2. 1900 - 0500 365 days to include holidays
3. 0600 - 1800 holidays and weekends only

Answer 10:
No, only one vehicle would be required at any given time for use by the exterior or property rover. Rover hours are 1800 - 0600 and 1900 - 0500. The expectation is that one would be doing the building rove and the other doing the property rove, and then they can switch roles.
Question 11 Page 95 Section C.7.2.h states an additional 1000 rounds of ammunition shall be provided and stored to accommodate emergencies and to be available in the event of additional services are ordered. The ammo should be replaced every six months and expended during the semi-annual re-certification firings. Can the government clarify if they require the rounds to semi-jacket hollow point or full-jacket ammo (non-hollow point)? In the event we need to use for the certifications, we typically do not qualify with semi-jacket.
Answer 11:
In accordance with Section C.7.2.g, “Ammunition for the weapons will be semi jacketed hollow point rounds in standard size magazines, with two additional magazines on the duty belt.”
Furthermore, additional clarification on the type of ammunition is provided in Section C.7.2.h to read: “An additional 1000 rounds of semi jacketed hollow point rounds ammunition shall be provided and stored onsite to accommodate emergencies and to be available in the event additional services are ordered. Ammunition shall be replaced every six months. These rounds shall be expended during the semi-annual re-certification firings.”
