To enter data, select the "data" sheet and scroll to the row with the appropriate date in the leftmost column. Enter the data from left to right according to the column headers or as decribed in greater detail below. Only the date of the first instance of sampling for the disinfection profile is required (Cell A3). The spreadsheet will populate the remaining dates.
From these data, the spreadsheet will automatically calculate
Once the data for a whole calendar month is entered, the average Giardia log Inactivation for this month is automatically calculated and displayed on the "summary" sheet.
This workbook contains three visible sheets and two hidden sheets. There are also hidden columns on the visible sheets.
Viewing the hidden sheets and columns is not necessary for using this workbook. The sheets are protected to prevent inadvertent changes to the formulas.

Instructions for the Physical Inspection Program checklists:
1) A Physical Inspection Program (PIP) checklist is due the 10th of every month for each water system and is to be uploaded to the ODW Data Repository. The PIP checklist may be monthly, quarterly or annual.
2) The PIP monthly checklist is due on the 10th of October, November, January, February, April, May, July and August to the ODW Data Repository.
3) The PIP quarterly checklist is due on the 10th of December, March and June to the ODW Data Repository.
4) The PIP annual checklist is due on the 10th of every September to the ODW Data Repository.
5) As a process intended to enhance communication between the IWQB, RWQB and WQOC as to individual drinking water system's infrastructural readiness and operational compliance status, the monthly inspection process is to be initiated jointly and signed by the ORC, PWO (or his/her designated representative) and the UEM Branch Head
6) See each tab for the Monthly Checklist, Quarterly Checklist and Annual Checklist.
