About this file

This modification amends an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award construction contract solicitation to update the seed project details and period of performance. The solicitation seeks proposals for general construction projects at Naval Support Activity Mid-South in Tennessee under a best value source selection method. Offerors must submit technical and price proposals for a defined seed project involving chiller replacements at Building 789 with a 240-day period of performance from task order award. Awards will result in up to five firm-fixed-price multiple award contracts with a total value not to exceed $45 million over five years. Task orders will typically range from $150,000 to $6 million. Proposals are due 30 days after solicitation release.
