About this file
This document contains a past performance reference questionnaire and information about a solicitation for Information Technology (IT), Knowledge Management, Administrative and Maintenance Management staff support services.
The past performance reference questionnaire is to be completed by a reference for a contractor who provided similar services under a previous contract. It requests ratings on quality, cost control, timeliness, managing subcontractors, and ability to meet special delivery needs. Narrative justification is required for exceptional, very good, and unsatisfactory ratings.
The solicitation seeks these services at Naval Station Mayport, FL. It is a 100% small business set-aside issued by the Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville. Quotes are due by the date specified in the combined synopsis/solicitation, which will be posted on SAM.gov. The successful quoter must be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance and complete a DD Form 254. The requirement is outlined in an attached performance work statement.
