About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to the Czech Ministry of Defense. The amendment extends the response deadline from September 25, 2026 to November 10, 2026 and adds two new attachments to Section J: Attachment 6 (DD1694 Request for Variance) and Attachment 7 (Government Response to Vendor Questions).

The solicitation is for the production and delivery of equipment for AH-1Z and UH-1Y helicopters under the CASE EZ-P-SBF program. This is a firm-fixed price purchase order with a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All offerors must possess a current and valid CMMC Level 2 certification and a certified DD Form 2345 to access the export-controlled, build-to-print technical drawing package via the DoD Safe website. Failure to obtain the CUI drawing package or maintain the required CMMC Level 2 certification prior to award renders the offeror ineligible. Non-successful offerors must destroy all export-controlled materials and provide written proof of destruction. The contract specialist point of contact is Juan Carlos Belmonte at (240) 572-6863 or juancarlos.r.belmonte.civ@us.navy.mil.
