About this file
This document is a Solicitation Amendment (SF 30) containing government responses to vendor questions regarding solicitation N6833526Q11860001.
The amendment addresses a vendor inquiry concerning the $350,000 Simplified Acquisition Threshold referenced in the solicitation structure. The vendor questioned whether this amount constituted a maximum contract value or if proposals exceeding this threshold would be considered. The government clarified that there is no maximum contract value requirement, and all quotes will be evaluated in accordance with the solicitation's terms and conditions. This response establishes that vendors are not restricted by the $350,000 threshold when submitting their bids, and pricing above this amount will receive full consideration during the evaluation process.
