The checklist outlines mandatory quality management system documentation and certifications required by FDRMC Code 130 QA to verify contractor compliance with work package specifications. For Quality Management System supporting documents, contractors must submit a Quality Manual describing their QMS per NSI 009-04, with ISO 9001 certification copies required if applicable. Quality Assurance/Control Procedures must be submitted, including Process Control Procedures (NSI 009-09) for annotated work items. Calibration and inspection documentation requirements include calibration records for all measuring and test equipment (NSI 009-04), a qualified inspector list identifying inspection and test qualifications for each inspector including subcontractors (NSI 009-04), Marine Chemist/Gas Free Engineer certifications (NSI 009-07), and coatings inspector certifications per NAVSEA Basic Paint Inspector, NACE International CIP Level 1 or higher, or SSPC PCI Level 2 with minimum two years marine coatings experience (NSI 009-32). QP-1 certification is required for organizations performing blasting or coating application operations. Welding and brazing documentation must include procedure qualifications per S9074-AQ-GIB-010/248 Sections 4 and 5, and brazing qualifications per NAVSEA 0900-LP-001-7000 Section 4. NDT/NDI certifications and procedures must comply with T9074-GIB-010/271 Sections 1.6 and 1.7, with written practice available upon government inspector request.
