About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a Navy contract (Solicitation Number N6660426R00110001). The amendment, dated 28 October 2025, makes several key changes: extending the solicitation closing date from 07 November 2025 to 21 November 2025, updating Sections L and M, addressing industry questions, and modifying specific contract clauses. The Navy's Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport is the issuing office, with Hannah Sherron as the point of contact.
Key modifications include adding a $2,500 ceiling value for the post-award conference attendance line item, marking the Data CLIN as "Not Separately Priced", and updating the First Article Approval-Contractor Testing clause to specify testing requirements for twelve units of Lot/Item 0002. The amendment emphasizes that due to fleet needs, no further extensions will be granted beyond the new 21 November 2025 closing date. Contractors are required to acknowledge the amendment and review the updated attachments, including new Questions and Answers, Section L, and Section M documents.
