The contractor shall provide manufactured Radar Absorbing Surfaces model G745256-1, H HDR 1/2 Rnd (PN 7010-001), G745256-2, H HDR V-pc (PN 7010-002).

TOTAL EVALUATED PRICE
The Government will calculate the total evaluated price for each CLIN as follows:
The Government will multiply the unit price by the maximum quantity for each range to derive the extended price for each range.
Next, the Government will add the extended prices for all ranges of each CLIN and divide by the sum of the maximum quantity of all ranges of that CLIN to find the average unit price.
The Government will multiply the average unit price by the maximum number of units of the highest range of the CLIN per year to arrive at a total evaluated price for the CLIN.
The following is an example:
CLIN Description From
Quantity To Quantity
Unit Price Extended Price
0001 G745256-1, H HDR 1/2
Rnd
1 4 $60.00 $240.00
5 8 $50.00 $400.00 9 12 $40.00 $480.00 Total 24 $1,120.00
The total line item amount for CLIN 0001 is $1,120.00.
Average unit price = $1,120.00/24 = $46.67 Total evaluated price for CLIN 0001 = $46.67 * 12 = $560.04.
The Government will repeat the above for all years and all ranges for CLINs 0001 and 0002.
TOTAL EVALUATED PRICE:
The Government will add the multiple quantity range CLIN amounts to the total quoted prices for CLINs 0001 through 0002 to arrive at the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) for the contract to determine lowest price.
**NOTE: The above step ladder ranges and prices are EXAMPLES ONLY. This example does not obligate the Government to purchase these quantities; it is simply to demonstrate the method the Government will use to calculate the total evaluated price.
NOTE: If the offeror has manufactured this exact part within (5) years from the solicitation posting date, then a request for a waiver from producing the First Article shall be submitted to the Government within the offeror's proposal, which shall include the purchase order number(s) or contract(s) which the parts were previously manufactured.
