About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Radar Absorbing Surfaces (RAS) issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command, solicitation number N6660425Q0293. The RFQ seeks quotes for two primary line items (CLINs): G745256-1, H HDR 1/2 Rnd and G745256-2, H HDR V-pc, with two potential contract options (Option A and Option B) spanning five years. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Firm Fixed Price provisions, allowing the government to purchase 1-12 units across different quantity ranges and contract years.

Key submission requirements include a six-page technical approach demonstrating compliance with specification documents, two examples of similar past performance projects within the last five years, and detailed pricing tables. Offerors must submit electronic quotes via email to Maria D. Diaz-Sotomayor, including solicitation number, company details, and a statement of quote validity for 60 calendar days. The government will evaluate quotes based on technical acceptability, past performance, and pricing analysis, with the intent to award a single contract to the most suitable offeror.
