About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for construction services to renovate stairwells in Building 1319. The Navy is seeking proposals to complete renovations including painting, with an extended deadline of March 1, 2024. The estimated value is between $100,000 to $250,000. The solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS 236220. The amendment provides answers to contractor questions, allowing the use of baker staging if safety compliant, and confirms environmental testing results will be released in a future amendment. It also adds a liquidated damages clause of $200 per calendar day for delays.
