Question 1: How is the Section 01 57 19.00 20 paragraph 1.5.5 Contractor 40 CFR Employee Training
Records requirement met? Is there a specific website and course that you would prefer us to use. And to clarify, this is for all onsite employees?
Answer 1: The requirement is met by personnel successfully completing a program of classroom instruction, online instruction, or on-the-job training that teaches them to perform their duties in a way that ensures compliance with the requirements of this part in each applicable CFR 40 of this section.
This is only required f or employees involved in the end use, treatment, handling, packaging, storage, transpiration, or disposal meets or has components that meet or have potential to meet the definition of a hazardous waste as defined by 40 CFR 261 Subparts A, B, C, or D.
Question 2: Is the ECATTS web link accurate in Section 01 57 19.00 20 paragraph 1.4.1?
Answer 2: The correct ECATTS web link is https://environmentaltraining.ecatts.com/ . The registration password will be provided after contract award.
Question 3: The working hours for the project are stated to be between 4 p.m. and 12:30 a.m, however, would the rigging and crane work to remove and replace the outside condensers as well as remove and replace the air handling unit be allowed during a daytime shift to avoid crane work being done at night.
Answer 3: The crane and rigging operations for the new and existing air handling unit and condensing units will be allowed to take place during a daytime shift.
Question 4: Can you confirm the Due date time? Beta.sam lists 2pm 10/30 and amendment #3 says
12am 10/30
Answer 4: Amendment #3 incorrectly states 12am. Due date and time is 10/30 @ 2pm EST.
