Questions from Industry
Q1.Please confirm which proposal due date is correct. SF‐1442 section 10 lists October 30th at 2:00pm and section 13 lists October 29th at 2:00pm.
A1. The Proposal due date is hereby extended to 30 October 2020 @ 2:00PM EST.
Q2. Can you please provide some photos of the back side of the building, showing the location of the louver to install and remove equipment from the mechanical room along with showing the existing conditions of the roadway/hillside so that a proper rigging can be assessed.
A2. Please see attachment # 8 for additional photos.
Q3. What is the manufacturer and model # of the existing fire alarm control panel?
A3. The existing fire alarm system is Notifier, the model # could not be located at this time.
4. Who is the fire alarm testing company of record? Also please provide the fire alarm service company and contact information.

Q5. Does NUWC have a proprietary HVAC control system? If so, who is the control vendor/contractor.
A5. Per the specification, the base control system is Johnson. There is no particular contractor.
