About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire and federal contract opportunity notice for satellite communications support services. The past performance questionnaire seeks input on a contractor's performance on a previous contract, focusing on quality, schedule, cost control, management, and small business subcontracting. It must be completed and returned by March 14, 2019. The federal contract opportunity involves a pre-solicitation industry day on August 21, 2018 to provide information on requirements for the SOCS SATCOM procurement and receive industry feedback on draft sections L and M. Attendance is limited to three attendees per company, with registration required by August 17, 2018. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic is seeking capabilities from small businesses to provide SOCS Satellite Communications and Network Support, with questions on the market survey due by November 1, 2017.
