Cross Reference Matrix (CRM)
The CRM will be completed by the offeror and used to facilitate the evaluators’ review of the offerors Proposal. The CRM should be a single integrated matrix and cross-reference the proposal volumes and paragraphs to specific RFP requirements, as well as other parts of the proposal that contain relevant information. The offerors CRM may be identical to the examples below or revised to allow for additional information or comments.
