About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document addressing contractor inquiries regarding cellular infrastructure installation at two government buildings.
The document clarifies that Buildings 522 and 523 are not physically connected but have existing Single-Mode fiber strands available between them. The Government permits the contractor to run additional fiber between the buildings if necessary. Notably, the Government will accept a single centralized cellular repeater/Distributed Antenna System (DAS) serving both buildings via fiber, provided the solution is technically feasible and meets all required 4G/5G coverage and performance requirements, rather than requiring two separate cellular repeater systems for each building.
