About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document from a federal contracting solicitation addressing cellular repeater system installation requirements for two buildings.

Building 522 requires coverage across 2 floors totaling approximately 24,400 square feet and currently uses a NODE A repeater system. Building 523 requires coverage across 1 floor of approximately 12,100 square feet and currently uses a SureCall Force5 repeater system. Both buildings feature cinder block construction. Complete cellular coverage is required in all spaces within both buildings, with sufficient 4G/5G signal to provide consistent and reliable voice and data service for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and all other carrier services. Prospective offerors are permitted to conduct site visits and RF site surveys before submitting quotations, with instructions provided in solicitation Section L. Post-installation functional testing is required, and the completed system must meet specified coverage and performance requirements. Cyber Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is required for this contract; detailed requirements are located in Section M of the Solicitation.
