Questions and Answers
1. Will partial parts listing be provided to be filled, or will each order be for one entire kit.
Answer: We should remind the offerors that the only guaranteed amount is the minimum dollar amount. No quantities are guaranteed. It is possible the Government may purchase ZERO quantity on some CLINs.
2. Regarding performance, what is the standard requirement for Turn Around Time (TAT) related to each order. Are we talking days, weeks, months? Page 242 Delivery Answer: The estimated ARO is listed in the worksheet that shows the expected delivery time for each line item.
3. What does ADC as it relates to Delivery Date stand for? Page 242 Delivery Information Answer: ADC - After Date of Contract - this is referring to date of Delivery Order issuance.
4. With a five year FFP ordering agreement in place the SOW allows for downward pricing adjustments, but not increases. What recourse is there for economical inflationary adjustments or for material that has become obsolete? Page 270 para 1.1.2 Answer: There is no economical adjustments and the offeror is to submit proposal based on the duration of the contract and inflation. Should the materials become obsolete, the Government may choose to not issue orders against the CLINs including such obsolete materials.
5. Some drawing numbers are not consistent between the drawing and Attachment (1).
Answer: Drawing 7110703 should be "Rev -". We provided the correct drawing, the worksheet has a typo, I've corrected the attached worksheet.
Drawing 7110711 should be "Rev B". We provided the wrong drawing, I've attached the correct drawing to provide all the offerors.
Drawing 8475186 should be "Rev A". We provided the correct drawing, the worksheet has a typo, I've corrected the attached worksheet.
Drawing 8501768 should be "Rev C". We provided the correct drawing, the worksheet has a typo, I've corrected the attached worksheet.
6. The unit of issue is different from the original Sources Sought parts spreadsheet compared to the spreadsheet included in the solicitation. The first group of parts listed below had stated unit of issue per foot. The current list includes the same parts with a unit of measure, per inch.
Answer: Use the unit of issue referenced in the solicitation.
