Answers to Industry Questions:

Q u e st io n N u m b e r

Industry's Question Government Response

In the BOM, it specifies a 120 V AC beacon, however the part number and description are for a 12V DC beacon. Per the requirements, section 3.7, is the intention that the Government provides 120V AC common electrical power to power the beacon and light switch? Will alternative methods be considered, including a low voltage beacon?

The Government will allow alternate methods including a low voltage beacon as long as it is compatible with the existing system.

We wish to propose a more modern CCTV, especially for the NVR. Can equivalent products be specified, or are the camera and NVR brands/models strict requirements?

The parts on the Bill of Materials (BOM) are brand name or equal that can meet our specifications.

3 Could you please confirm if this opportunity is brand name only, or if we can quote you any other brand with similar or better specifications?

Please refer to the Government response on Question No 2.
