Text version

1. In the instructions, you require from offerors representations and certifications. We just wanted to make sure that the followings are the documents you need:

1. Inventory list of carrier personnel

2. Certificate of medical examination for the drivers.

3. Inventory of equipment to be used in transporting the passengers.

The above documents are not what I need. I have included Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses 52.204-8, 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-5, 52.219-1 to the RFQ. Please review the clauses and send back filled out Representations and Certifications.

2. Will the bus runs from Brunswick Landing cease after 28 April 2018?

Yes. Although, there could be a short extension but no word has been passed as of yet.

3. If so, will the pricing for the option periods be only for Crew PT transportation?

Yes. The option periods are only for Crew PT transportation.

4. 28 April 2018 is a Saturday. Will this be counted as a regular transport day?

Yes, we will need to transport on 28APR 2018 for the crew to complete move out.
