About this file

This document is an Amendment (Amendment 0001) to Solicitation N6274225R6507 for a design-build project to construct the Thanh Thinh Commune Clinic in Nghe An, Vietnam. The amendment includes revised requirements and answers to pre-proposal inquiries, modifying several key sections such as evaluation factors, proposal submission requirements, and engineering system requirements. Specific changes include clarifications on the Site Safety Health Officer certification, drainage system design, and equipment provisions, such as adding a backup generator to the equipment list.

Key modifications affect the proposal submission guidelines, particularly for Offeror Experience, Past Performance, and Safety sections. The amendment specifies that ongoing construction projects must be at least 80% complete, project experience data sheets are limited to two pages, and the Site Safety Health Officer must obtain local safety certification. The solicitation remains on track with the original proposal receipt date of July 14, 2025, at 1100am Thailand Time, and continues to be issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command for a two-story clinic building project.
