About this file

The file is a Base Access Request (BAR) Personnel List Template for a pre-solicitation site visit related to a Design-Build (DB) contract in Lopburi, Thailand. The project involves constructing a Logistics Resupply Pad (200m x 16m) and improving 21 km of access roads, with three separate construction line items (CLINs) focusing on road enhancements and low-water crossings. The total project magnitude is estimated between US$1,000,000 and US$5,000,000.

The template provides detailed instructions for contractors interested in attending the pre-proposal site visit (PPSV), scheduled for June 2025. Contractors may submit up to four names (two primary and two alternates), but only two participants, one driver, and one vehicle per company are allowed. Strict requirements include submitting a consolidated PDF of participant identification, providing evidence of active SAM registration, and meeting host nation security protocols. The site visit response deadline is May 19, 2025, at 11:00 am Thailand Time, with submissions to be sent to the Site Access Coordinator at the specified email addresses.
