About this file
This document is a Base Access Request (BAR) form related to a pre-solicitation for a Design-Build (DB) construction project to provide Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) compliant design and repair at Basa Air Base (BAB) in the Philippines. The project consists of renovations to an Operations building, transient barracks, and a latrine facility, with an estimated project value between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Offerors interested in attending the pre-proposal site visit (PPSV) must submit the BAR form with up to four personnel names (two primary and two alternates) by July 1, 2024. Only two participants, one driver, and one vehicle per company will be allowed to attend the PPSV. The U.S. Government will not entertain late requests or changes to the BAR after the deadline. The solicitation is expected to be issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command in July or August 2024.
