About this file

This document is a Base Access Request (BAR) form and related information for a federal contract opportunity for the design and construction of a vehicle maintenance facility at the Palau International Airport in Koror, Palau.

The document provides instructions for contractors interested in attending the pre-solicitation site visit, which is tentatively scheduled for the first week of July 2024. Contractors must submit the BAR form with a personnel roster and copies of attendee IDs by June 3, 2024. The government will facilitate access to the base for up to 2 participants, 1 driver, and 1 vehicle per company. Contractors requesting access after the due date will not be added to the government's list but can still attend the site visit if they can get base access on their own. The solicitation for this Design-Build project, with an estimated value between $1 million and $5 million, is expected to be issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command around June 2024.
