Instructions

Offerors interested in attending the pre-solicitation site visit shall submit a Base Access Request (BAR) to the
Site Access Coordinator (s) before the due date/time. Contractors that request access after the required date
will not be added to the US Government list but will still be allowed to attend the site visit with two attendees
if they can get access to the base on their own. This is a limitation imposed by the host nation.
INSTRUCTIONS TO CONTRACTORS FOR PPSV BAR (BASE ACCESS REQUEST)
1)Provide personnel roster in Excel spreadsheet format (next tab). You may submit a maximum of four (4) names
(2 primaries and 2 alternates) but only two (2) participants, one (1) driver, and one (1) vehicle, per company
shall be allowed to attend the PPSV.
If you have a driver, he/she can enter the base but must remain in the vehicle throughout the site visit.
The driver is not permitted to attend the site visit and must present a valid form of identification or passport
for base access.
2)Combine all IDs of participants into "a single pdf file", in letter size. Multiple pdf or Jpeg files shall
not be accepted.
a. Pdf file name shall be in the format “Company Name_IDs”. (e.g. McDonalds_IDs)
b. Pdf file shall be bookmarked. Format bookmarks as “Last Name, First Name” (e.g. Dela Cruz, Juan)
c. Do not password-protect the file.
d. All IDs should be listed in order according to the personnel roster in the Excel spreadsheet.
Here are the preferred form of ID:
For Foreign Nationals: Only valid passport bio page accepted
For Papua New Guinean: Papua New Guinean Identity Card

3) Provide an evidence of "active" status in SAM registration in "PDF format".
