QUESTION # QUESTION GOVERNMENT RESPONSE
5 Could you clarify Criterion 1: “For the proposed team, provide in Section F a maximum of six (6) completed recent and relevant projects” – does PROPOSED TEAM mean the entire team/JV or is that 6 per DESIGN TEAM (so a total of 12 for the entire submission)?
The proposed team means the entire team. Provide a maximum of six (6) projects. If more than six (6) projects are submitted for evaluation, the Government will evaluate the first six (6) projects and disregard any other project information after the first six (6) projects.
6 Selection Criterion (2), Professional Qualifications, does not list a Telecommunications Engineer as one of key personnel. Must a Telecommunications Engineer be included and listed in the submittal?
See Criterion 2 for the list of key personnel. As stated in Criterion 2, professional qualifications of personnel of the design teams other than the key personnel shall not be submitted, and if submitted, will not be considered in the evaluation.
7 The SF-330 Submissions Requirements paragraph does not explicitly state that the CAGE number for a Joint Venture (JV) entity must be included in the submittal. The solicitation requires providing the CAGE number for each member of the proposed team, which we assume means the individual firms that make up the JV. Must the CAGE number for the JV entity be provided in the submittal?
No, the CAGE Code for the JV entity is not required to be provided in the Standard Form (SF) 330 submission.
8 We read that the DUNS and CAGE of the JV should be included. Our potential partner thought it took up to 7 weeks to receive the CAGE. It’s been a while since either of the firms have applied for a new entity, so if that is the case, is that something that could be excluded even with all the other necessary information?
