About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 amendment to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR YOKOSUKA) on June 24, 2026. The amendment modifies solicitation N6264926QM006, originally dated June 17, 2026, and is administered by the contracting officer Agnes Tan at the Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, PSC 473 Box 11, FPO AP 96349-1500. The requisition number is N62649, with SCD and PAS references noted on the document.
The amendment makes two primary changes to the solicitation's contract clauses. It deletes DFARS clause 252.225-7043 (Antiterrorism/Force Protection for Defense Contractors Outside the United States, May 2015 version) and DFARS clause 252.244-7000 (Subcontracts for Commercial Products or Commercial Services, October 2023). The amendment simultaneously incorporates three new DFARS clauses: 252.225-7962 (Vendor Threat Mitigation Support to Operations), 252.225-7975 (Additional Access to Contractor and Subcontractor Records), 252.244-7999 (Subcontracts for Commercial Products or Commercial Services), all with applicable deviations. Additionally, it replaces the previous antiterrorism/force protection clause (252.225-7043) with an updated version 252.225-7963 (Antiterrorism/Force Protection for Defense Contractors Outside the United States, February 2026), incorporating Deviation 2026-O0041. The contracting officer signature is dated June 24, 2026.
