The requirement involves provision of aerial work platforms with specified vertical reach capabilities, including all associated equipment, delivery, retrieval, fuel, and support services for the full period of performance. All submissions must be made electronically to the identified Contract Specialist by the specified due date and time, with hand delivery, postal mail, express mail, and fax submissions explicitly prohibited. Quoters must submit a technical proposal demonstrating compliance with all Statement of Work requirements and including product data sheets or descriptive literature verifying the specified vertical reach requirement, along with a single all-inclusive firm-fixed-price covering the entire requirement.

The Government intends to award the contract without discussions based on offerors' best technical and price terms, though it reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest. The Contract Specialist will confirm receipt of all quotations within two business days, and offerors submitting quotations less than two business days prior to the due date should follow up via email and telephone to confirm receipt. Small business joint ventures must also submit required joint venture representations from FAR provisions 52.212-3 and 52.219-1 with their offers to be considered for award.
