About this file

This document contains a safety data sheet exhibit for a federal construction contract opportunity with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest. The safety data sheet requires offerors to provide safety ratings and narratives describing their safety programs and oversight of subcontractors. Offerors must disclose their experience modification rates, days away from work rates, and total recordable case rates for the previous three years and explain any rates above thresholds or negative trends. The contract opportunity is a solicitation for an indefinite quantity contract to provide fencing repair, removal and replacement services at various government facilities within the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton areas. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to complete task orders for pre-negotiated categories of fencing services as well as negotiated incidental items. Task order overheads are to be included in pricing for a complete scope of work.
