About this file
This document provides an amendment to a solicitation for facility maintenance services at various Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Centers. The amendment revises the performance work statement and ELIN schedule, and provides responses to contractor questions. Services required include facility investment, custodial work, grounds maintenance, pest control, integrated solid waste management, and pavement clearance. The Navy seeks these services through a multiple award contract with the lowest price technically acceptable source selection procedure. The estimated total contract value to be shared among up to three awardees over five years is $25 million. The NAICS code is 561210. The incumbent contracts are identified. The solicitation is open only to qualifying 8(a) small businesses and will utilize a technical proposal, past performance submission, and price proposal for evaluation.
