About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for Amendment 0001 to RFI N6247025R0010, addressing clarifications on submission requirements for an IDIQ contract with NAVFAC Atlantic.
The document clarifies key submission parameters and evaluation criteria. The 11×17 page format is limited to the organizational chart only and counts as one page toward the 75-page limit for data presentation. The table of contents, list of acronyms, cover letter, CPARS, and amendments do not count toward the page limit. Task Order Managers and Project Managers are treated as synonymous positions. Resumes for key personnel must include experience in primary tasks and work relevant to the contract services. Projects listed on resumes must be fully completed at the time of submission and should be from the past five years immediately preceding the notice issuance date, though projects up to seven years old may be listed. All projects submitted in SF 330 must be completed by the actual office, branch, regional office, or individual team member proposed to perform the work; however, if the firm is a joint venture, projects performed by the joint venture are acceptable. The organizational chart may be included in Section D of the SF 330 instead of strictly within Criterion 5 (Section H), provided it is clearly labeled and referenced. The Government will review relevant project experience without regard to age and will evaluate any relevant information submitted. No extension to the response due date is being considered. Virtual interviews for selected firms are anticipated no later than 15 August 2026.
