The following pertains to this Amendment:
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Q1: SF 330 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS on page 11 of the solicitation states “Introductions shall be included in Sections E and F.” Can NAVFAC please clarify what is being requested and how this might impact page limits (e.g., should offerors just refer to SF 330 and stated solicitation instructions for these sections)?
A1: First paragraph under SF330 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS is changed as follows:
FROM:
Architect-Engineer firms desiring to be considered for this contract must submit a completed SF 330 package. The SF 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications, form can be found online at GSA.gov in the
GSA Forms Library. Per FAR 53.107(b) Contractors and other parties may obtain standard and optional forms from the Superintendent of Documents, GPO, Washington, DC 20402. The SF 330 shall be typed, one sided, at least 11-pitch font or larger Times New Roman font. Part I shall not exceed 75 single-sided
8.5 by 11 inch pages (the page limit does not include certificates, PPQs, ISR’s and the Draft
Subcontracting Plan, licenses, cover sheets, dividers, or other requested documentation (e.g., joint venture agreement, proof of AE firm registration) provided that these do not contain any substantive information submitted in response to the synopsis or intended to demonstrate the qualifications of the firm).
Introductions shall be included in Sections E and F. Part I pages shall be numbered sequentially. The organizational chart may be one page, single sided 11 by 17 inch foldout (which will count as one page towards the page limitation), using 11 point font or larger (font limitations do not apply to graphics, captions or tables). Please include your DUNS and CAGE numbers in Block 30 of the SF 330.

Q2: Criterion 2 on page 7 of the solicitation states “Specific disciplines that must be included in key personnel are program managers; quality control personnel; task order managers; and project managers.”
Can NAVFAC please confirm it does not envision a discipline difference between a task order manager and a project manager and considers them interchangeable?
