About this file

This document provides responses to inquiries regarding an amendment to a solicitation for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for architect-engineer services for utilities engineering and management support for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command worldwide. The amendment provides attachments for a past performance questionnaire and small business subcontracting plan template. It also revises the synopsis to clarify there are five primary service areas rather than six as originally stated. The responses clarify key personnel may include roles beyond engineers, resumes for personnel outside required disciplines will be evaluated, and the incumbent contractor was CDM Federal Programs Corporation under contract number N62470-15-D-4002. The amendment specifies the organizational chart must be included in both the technical approach and past performance sections of proposals. The scope of work does not include DoD fuel systems or telecom infrastructure directly but may include related utility infrastructure.
