About this file
This document contains a schedule of services for a professional services contract to assist the Navy in managing electric, civil, and mechanical utility systems. The contract includes fully burdened hourly rates for several labor categories over a four year period consisting of a base year and three option years. Key details include labor categories such as Principal, Project Manager, Senior Consultant, Journeyman Consultant, Junior Consultant, GIS Analyst, Financial Analyst, and Cost Estimator. The schedule also includes estimated hours, indirect rates, travel costs, other direct costs, and subcontractor labor costs for the base year and each option year. Offerors are to provide loaded hourly rates and indirect cost percentages for travel, other direct costs, and subcontractor labor. The Navy will use this schedule to negotiate firm fixed-price task orders for services over the life of the contract.
