About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Package Deliverables related to the MH-60R Tactical Operational Flight Trainer (TOFT) for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces. The CDRL specifies detailed cybersecurity documentation requirements, including submission of self-assessment materials such as ACAS/Nessus files, SCAP benchmark outputs, Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists, and a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
The document outlines specific submission timelines tied to technical milestones (DTC1 and ITC1), requiring contractors to provide updated artifacts within 10 calendar days after each milestone. These deliverables include comprehensive cybersecurity documentation like updated hardware and software lists, system authorization boundary diagrams, device and VLAN change documentation, a Cybersecurity System Administration Guide (CSAG), and an updated Security Controls Traceability Matrix. The contract is associated with Naval Air Systems Command and involves a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) technology refresh for Saudi Arabian military training systems.
