About this file
This document is a Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) outlining classified information access requirements for a solicitation seeking Corporate Operations Support Services. The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command and is set aside exclusively for 8(a) small businesses. Under the contract, the selected offeror would provide corporate-level support services and require access to classified national security information up to the Top Secret level, though would not generate or store classified data at contractor facilities. The DD Form 254 specifies control and handling requirements for classified material, including technical papers and release of information to foreign nationals. It also outlines additional security requirements for communications security, NATO information, and controlled unclassified information.
