AMENDMENT 0004
SUMMARY OF CHANGES
SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The purpose of this Amendment is as follows:
a. Amend Attachment 1 – Statement of Work to include language pertaining to COVID-19 protocol, see attached.
b. Address requests for specification clarification as follows:
1. QUESTION
a. Contractor Question
Am I to assume that the courses need to be customized to map to reference b) and c) in Table 1 of the SOW? I am not familiar with those government publications, and the solicitation doesn’t appear to be providing a link to those publications.
b. Government Response TABLE 1- References (b) and (c) are to be used as references only and will be uploaded to beta.SAM.
2. QUESTION
Can you share the referenced documents in Table 1 mentioned in SOW, items b, and c?
Yes. TABLE 1- References (b) and (c) and will be uploaded to beta.SAM.
3. QUESTION
How is travel and accommodation as well as printing/production costs are to be included in the overall cost? As we see the Excel Attachment #5, we do not see a place to incorporate such costs?
When it comes to travel, accommodations, and printing/production costs, the vendor will have to price those cost elements into their unit pricing in RFQ Attachment #5. It is up to the vendor to decide how to cover those items since this is a firm-fixed price contract.
4. QUESTION
Is the trainer responsible to provide to participants official PMBOK from PMI? Are there any required books expected to be purchased and provided by the trainer?
Trainer shall be responsible to provide each class participant an official PMBOK guidebook from PMI for in class use only. Participants will not keep the PMBOK guidebooks.
5. QUESTION
After a course is delivered, do you expect the trainer to provide coaching services to participants? If so, can you elaborate on expectations?
No, coaching services after course completion are not required.
RFQ N5523620Q0101
AMENDMENT 0004
6. QUESTION
Are participants expected to take the PMP or PgMP tests upon completion of the course? If so, does the contractor needs to pay for the exam fees as well?
The contractor will not need to setup and pay for the PMP or PgMP tests. SWRMC participants will make arrangements to take the PMP or PgMP tests through its Government training program and not through this contract.
7. QUESTION
The current version of the PMBOK is version 6; version 7 is due to be released at the end of this year. Preliminary information is that it will be a significant change. Will the course and materials need to be updated as well?
Yes, the Contracting Officer will then negotiate and incorporate the necessary changes via bilateral modification to the contract.
8. QUESTION
For the two simulations referenced in the RFQ and your email, the need for four (4) computer simulation systems (for
Course 1 and 5) are identified. How will “social distancing” be handled with 3 to 5 participants using the same computer?
The Statement of Work requires 4 computers running the same software for each Course 1 and 5. Regarding social distancing, requirements will be determined upon each class based on current events.
9. QUESTION
For course 2 (Project Controller), is one day a firm course duration? To adequately cover risk, EVM, and scope in detail (as is suggested in the RFQ) that is ambitious.
Expectation for this class is to be a high-level/ broad review to cover leaderships understanding of project management.
