About this file

The document is an NBC Access Control Flow Chart detailing the process for obtaining base access at a naval installation. The flow chart outlines a step-by-step procedure involving three key parties: the Sponsor, Visitor, and Visitor Control Center (VCC). The process requires the sponsor to email the VCC with visitor details, including contact information and DODID number. Visitors must pre-enroll in the DBIDS system, scan a QR code, and submit their DBIDS confirmation along with a driver's license or real ID. The VCC verifies information, processes the enrollment, vets individual fitness for access, and prepares passes within five business days prior to the access date. Upon arrival, visitors must present their pass and identification for final verification by the sentry to gain installation access.
